F.I.C.M. PRESIDENT'S FICM ADDRESS

Dear FICM members and friends,

It is a great honor to be appointed President, thank you.

I know the persons who preceded me and the huge work they realized, and I am aware the standards are set very high. I want my Presidency to be placed under the sign of an open and direct dialogue. That is why I ask you to contact me with all your remarks or observations. But a President is nothing without an efficient and competent team like the one that is in place. More than a team, it is a group of friends. We are faced to still growing difficulties: high petrol prices, dialogues with the authorities reluctant to welcome us and so on, but we will overcome all those obstacles joining forces and trying to enlarge our important family.

Our Spanish friends are going to welcome us one more time at an Eurocc meeting, in a party and friendship atmosphere.

By experience I know this is not an easy task, but it is also very gratifying. In a spirit of conviviality we exchange our experiences, customs and uses and enjoy to meet each other again. Along the years, friendship relations have been created, abolishing Europe borders. The FICM exists not only to celebrate meetings and to organize big parties, we have to start dialogue with all those who have not yet understood the campers motorhomes' spirit, we have to increase the number of clubs and federations in our family, strike incomprehensions so that travelling along the roads all over Europe maybe a real pleasure shared by travelers and hosts. I thank the Lleure Camper Club Cataluña, the Organization Committee and the Vic Council for the organization of this 33rd EUROCC 2009 meeting.

PRESIDENT'S LLEURE CAMPER CLUB ADDRESS

Dear friends and motorhome fellows,

It is a great pleasure our Club is organizing the 33rd EUROCC in the city of Vic during my first year of mandate as President of the LLEURE CAMPER CLUB CATALUNYA.

We hope we will welcome you and enjoy all together the different activities and parties of the EURO.

Thanks to the city of Vic-located inside Catalonia in the region of Osona- that will receive us with open arms, our great European family can meet again to deal with common problems and moreover, enjoy all the activities of this event.

The organization of the 33rd EUROCC is a great challenge for our Club because a big work was done for the last meetings, as well for the organization as for the assistance, and we hope we will at least do as well.

We want to specially mention the collaboration of the City-Halls of Vic, Teruel, Morella, and the IMPAVIC, and the different fellows of the Lleure Camper Club Catalunya who collaborate selflessly in the organization of the EURO activities and its prolongation, and we thank the sponsors and advertisers with whom all together this event becomes a reality.

Lord Mayor's of Vic Address

The use of motorhomes as a transport means for travelling has become a very extended practice in Europe, and here is getting more and more folllowers over the last years.

It is so, that nowadays it is habitual to see in Catalonia different cities that already enjoy areas for this kind of vehicles, especially during summertime. Vic presents a great touristic appeal and every year an increasing number of visitors choose this place as destination for their stay.

That is why tourism promotion is very important for our city and we always keep it in mind and want to care in order to offer a best quality service as well to the citizens as to the visitors.

That is the reason I feel very pleased with the initiative of the Lleure Camper Club Catalunya through the Fédération Internationale de Clubs de Motorhomes to organize this Euro motorhome meeting this year in Vic, and I am sure this activity will gather a numerous assistance.

I would like to thank in advance all the persons that with their task make possible our city to be an international meeting point for all the lovers of this kind of travelling and finally, I want to say to all of you that you are welcome and that I wish you a pleasant stay with us.

President's of ImpeVic Address

It is a real pleasure that Vic shall welcome the EUROCC, the Euro motorhomes meeting 2009 organized by the Lleure Camper Club Catalunya through the Fédération Internationale de Clubs de Motorhomes.

We give our total support to this initiative that already counts with a large history and is always very successfully attended by a great number of motorhomes that come from different european countries.

Vic has many touristic appeals: architectonic with a magnificient historical centre; cultural, with its Museu Episcopal of Vic, one of the best romanic art musea of the world ; and also gastronomic, with expectionnally high quality products and a great and rich variety of gastronomy.

Our city is also surrounded by an unique and exclusive natural environment as the Montseny and the heights of Sau and Collsacabra with many charming villages such as Rupit, Pruit, Tavertet among many others. We are thus located in a region that is worth while discovering and enjoying by motorhome, an optimal region to practice this kind of leisure activity that has many followers.

I would like to recognize the participation of the Lleure Camper Club Catalunya and the Fédération Internationale de Clubs de Motorhomes in the organization of this meeting, as well as the interest of all the volunteers that make of such an event a great success everywhere.

It is from Vic and the Institut Municipal de Promoció i Economia de Vic (ImpeVic) that we give you our full support and commitment for this meeting in order this event that will be celebrated during Easter 2009 may be a success.

33rd EUROCC 2009 REGULATIONS

Art.1 Registration forms shall be considered on a "first come first served" basis, by order of arrival.The extension is limited to 200 motor-homes and will be registered by order of arrival.

Art. 2 Registration forms should be received before 28th February 2009 by e_mail to secretaria@lleurecamper.com.The Clubs are the only responsible for the registration and bank payment to:

Any individual Registration form received at Lleure Camper Club will be considered void.

Art. 3 All incomplete registration forms, without the total payment, or arriving after the deadline of 28th February 2009, will be rejected.

Art.4 Deadline for cancellation is 28th February 2009. An amount of 30 € will be retained for administrative fees. After this date, the total amount paid will be retained in case of cancellation, except the gala dinner and 50 % of the prolongation.

Art.5 No refund in case of expulsion decided by the organization committee (in case of unfair behavior, trouble-making dog) etc.

Art.6 Motor-homes should arrive at the the Eurocc site on Thursday 9th April 2009 between 8 a.m. and 20 p.m. or Friday 10th April 2009 8 a.m. and 14 p.m., they will be grouped by countries and possibly by clubs.Motor-homes should arrive at the Eurocc site empty of used water and with a full tank of fresh water.Motor-homes of the extension will empty and fill water at the area located outside the village of Morella. Motor-homes of the extension will empty and fill water at the place foreseen on the car park in Teruel.

Art.7 Any participant who by omission, negligence or delay, does not attend the Eurocc or the extension, or is late at the organized activities, will not be refund.

Art.8 No electric connection available. For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to light open fires (barbecue), to play with balls, to move the motor-homes, or to realize any dangerous act that might damage other participants. In case of emergency, please contact the organization people.Electrogen groups are allowed between 10 a.m. and 12 a.m. with neighbors' agreement.

Art. 9 Dogs should be held on a lead. Dog droppings should be collected in bags and put into the containers. Infringers will be called to order or expulsed in extreme case.

Art.10 The organization declines reponsibility in case of stealing, damage or any other type of accidents that could happen on the site and or during the extension.

Art.11 You will receive an envelope with your participant number (to be put at sight on your motor-home front glass) with the correct address before 20th March 2009.

In case you do not receive it by that date, please contact urgently by e-mail: secretaria@lleurecamper.com It is understood that you do agree with these regulations and the in-house Eurocc regulations by sending your registration form and payment.

To park trailers, please follow the organization instructions.
